Here in New York, we seem to have reached that glorious point of no return—beyond the aberrant snow days and sudden cold fronts that tend to define spring (or the lack thereof) in the city. This is still the best of times, before the humidity hits, and all anybody wants to do is go outside, assuming you can find a seat at your favorite café or bar. Trees are in bloom. Nature is healing. Etcetera, etcetera…
This summer, we’re channeling these vibes by leaning into all-natural fabrics: slub cotton, cotton-rich terry cloth, and pure linen. Breezy styles, in both senses of the word, with an emphasis on drawstrings and matching sets. We wanted our collection to feel as easygoing as your summer should be, featuring leisurely pieces you can throw on Saturday mornings and wear deep into the night.
You can take a closer look at a few of our faves below, with some notes from our designer Kristina Boiano. You can also purchase them now over at mackweldon.com.
